Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
If there is an issue with your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to contact us for review.
Eligibility for a Return or Replacement
To qualify for a return or replacement due to a defect or issue:

The item must be in the same condition you received it

Unworn / unused, with tags

In its original packaging

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Photos may be required so we can verify the problem and make it right
How to Report an Issue

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Photos of the defect/damage or incorrect item (if applicable)
If your return is approved, you’ll receive:

A return shipping label (when applicable)

Instructions on how and where to send the package
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all sales are final unless defective or incorrect, the following cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized items

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered when:

The item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, and

The same item is still available
If an exchange isn’t possible, a refund may be issued after the item is reviewed and approved.
Refunds (Approved Cases Only)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
